As of v1.2.12 (05-Mar-2024), MediColletor datafiles are reduced by 50%.  So if you have been filling up your hard disk with data, deploy the latest updated to save space!  

MediCollector offices will be closed from June 28 - July 16.   

During this break, orders for hardware (i.e. cables) will ship when we return on July 17.  So if you need cables, please plan accordingly.  

All other services remain fully operational.  Software subscriptions will not be affected by the closure.  You can still purchase and renew subscriptions during the break, because these are processed virtually.   And our sales and support staff will still be taking phone calls during break.  So don't hesitate to call or email if you need technical support or have a sales question.

As of Jan 1, 2024, we reduced our prices and stopped selling perpetual licenses on USB dongles.  But if you still have one, you are welcome to keep using it.
