Holiday Break 2025

MediCollector offices will be closed from Dec 20 - Jan 1.

During this break, orders for hardware (i.e. cables) will ship when we return on Jan 2.  So if you need cables, please plan accordingly.  

All other services remain fully operational.  Software subscriptions will not be affected by the closure.  You can still purchase and renew subscriptions during the break, because these are processed virtually.   And our sales and support staff will still be taking phone calls during break.  So don't hesitate to call or email if you need technical support or have a sales question.
