Requirements:

• Your Windows computer must have a serial port.  If it doesn't, you can purchase a USB-to-Serial Converter from us.​
• Your Philips device must have one of the MIB/RS232 serial ports seen below.

• If your device does not have the required card shown above, we do have a limited stock of refurbished cards for sale.  Or contact Philips to purchase directly from them.  
• This cable pack is NOT compatible with the MP2, MP5, X2, X3, MX40 or MX100.  
• For Avalon FM20-FM50, your device must be running SW REV J.3 or newer. Contact us if you are unsure how to determine your SW REV.
• For MP5 devices, you will need Cable Pack CBL-5020.​​
• For MP400-MP550 devices with advanced interface card, you will need Cable Pack CBL-5030.
