Good riddance dongles!

You've made it loud and clear to us over the years: shipping our software licenses on USB dongles is not convenient for many reasons:

1. You want to instantly activate their software, not wait for a shipment
2. Shipping abroad is especially slow and subject to import duties
3. Dongles can get broken or lost
4. Dongles stick out oddly your laptop
5. Dongles occupy a valuable USB port

For these and many other reasons, MediCollector is in the process of migrating to a new licensing model with these changes:

1. We will sell subscription licenses instead of perpetual licenses. 
2. Our prices will change.    
3. Ability to purchase and instantly activate your software.
4. Ability to renew your licenses online.
5. Ability to manage your license(s) through an online portal.   
6. Existing licenses will NOT be affected. If you purchased a perpetual license from us, it will remain valid.
7. Existing dongles will NOT be affected. If you have a dongle, you will continue using it.  
8. Until these changes take effect, all licenses will still be perpetual and shipped on dongles.

Please note:  If you have a dongle, you don't need to do anything. It will continue to function indefinitely.  And our software will continue to recognize dongles indefinitely.  These changes will only apply to new licenses and won't take effect until later this year.
